The birth pool rental comes with everything you need to inflate, fill, and empty the birth pool. It also comes with 2 faucet adapters that fit the majority of sinks. Please check your faucet and the adapters as soon as you receive the pool to ensure there is a fit. If there is not a fit (meaning you have a rare type of faucet) you are responsible for finding a suitable adapter. The birth pool rental does not come with a net to retrieve larger floating items out of the pool, you are responsible for that, if needed.

Yes. The Earthside Birth pool is a very standard, user friendly pool that most couples or doulas have no issue operating, however you are welcome to reach out to Krystal at any time if you have any issues or questions at all.

When filled to about 80%, the maximum capacity the birth pool can hold is approximately 127 gallons at 80% full.

The nature of birth can be unpredictable, so we unfortunately do not offer any refunds once you have paid the full rental fee and you have received the pool. When you return the signed contract the pool is reserved for you, which means we cannot rent it out to anyone else during your birth window. 

In rare cases if you have paid the deposit but have not received the pool yet we can discuss not delivering the pool and you won’t be charged any additional fees. The rental deposit you pay upon booking is 100% non-refundable.
